My 12 year old just finished her first year at this camp in the Fort Roller Classic Girls program. When I picked her up, she was giddy telling me how much she loved this camp and that it was the best one she had ever done. I’ve not seen her this happy in ages. She came home with her faith renewed and her heart full.
The cabins are beautiful (more hotel than woodsy cabin) and the grounds were well maintained. Check in was a breeze and pickup was very well organized and fast.
As a former camper at RVR myself, I can personally attest to the quality of the program and their kind, professional team. The staff remains top notch and I can’t wait to send my daughter here again next year! We are hoping they start a 2 week program!
Had an amazing time horseback riding today. Kiersten was my guide and she was very professional and friendly. My horse Cinnamon was super sweet and very gentle. Will definitely come back!
Our boy again had the very best time we could have imagined. He loved the food, activities, team leadership, location, accommodation and Bible teachings. He never once missed his device and was full of conversation. We can't believe the growth we've seen in 5 days. God be praised! Thank RVR Team! Mr Spiffy, Mr Jet, Mackenzie and Crystal, you Rock! My daughter said she loves it. "The zip line was great it was a long hike to the top but, the zip line down was super fast and the view was great" She would like to try adventure camp next time.
Our daughter had a great experience making new friendships and building on friendships from the year before. Her excitement building up to camp was not met with disappointment, it met and exceeded everything she was hoping for as well as ours.
The communication from the camp was great from preparation for, arrival, during and end of camp. Regarding the weather concerns, families were kept informed on changes and progress. Would recommend!
This is my daughter’s second year at RVR. She enjoyed this year much more than last. Her counselor from last year actually recognized her name and took her into her group again this year. Very friendly and professional. They even send out periodic emails throughout the year which is super nice. Will be sending her again next year!
My son had an amazing time and made new friends. The camp was so well organized and the counselors were great. He has already asked to come back for additional weeks this summer and he and his new friends are already planning for next summer. Great experience for him!
Loved everything about it. The application process was easy. The staff was very accommodating. My daughter said she can not wait for next year's camp. Counselors Flo & Dino you all rock. Leah is so grateful for this experience.
